Bilingual Customer Service Call Center Associate

Our Partner Support Associates are responsible for delivering the highest level of quality service and always offering a positive experience to our customers. Our customers are comprised of Independent Field Executives and customers. As a Partner Support Associate, you will respond to customer calls, inquiries, requests, complaints and complete outbound sales calls.

 What are some of the attributes you should have?

  • Tenacious, energetic and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to actively listen and engage in complex conversations
  • Ability to analyze the caller’s situation and customize a solution to fit their needs
  • Have a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in peoples’ lives

 What are some of the responsibilities?

  • Provide a superior customer service experience to our Independent Field Executives and customers
  • Generate customer confidence by responding accurately to inquiries received by phone, fax, chat, ticket or email
  • Be knowledgeable of product availability, new promotions and incentives to the field
  • Generate additional customer interest in products by making outbound calls relating to new catalogs, promotions, and product launches
  • Cross train on the duties of the Receptionist and Order Management

 What are some of the requirements?

  • High school diploma or GED and some college
  • Two years previous Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives
  • Must be detail-oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent time management, organization, and computer skills
  • Must be articulate and have a clear speaking voice
  • Ability to understand and utilize computer systems
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed; shifts may change to support high volume or busy season or as business needs change
  • Knowledge of Gold Canyon Products and or Direct Sales/Marketing is a plus
